JET SET ONLINE SHOP MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This agreement is to be applied in regards to membership services granted by Futurama CO., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as Company), on "JET SET ONLINE SHOP".

Clause Ⅰ(Coverage)

1. This agreement is coveraged for Company and Registered Member of "JET SET ONLINE SHOP", who is granted for the membership services. Any of the matters not mentioned on this agreement, shall be governed by in accordance with "TERMS OF USE" separately defined.

Clause Ⅱ(Membership)

1. Member refers to the person who is authorized by Company as member in accordance with the procedure of the membership registration prescribed by "JET SET ONLINE SHOP".
2. In the event of Member being under the following conditions, the membership shall be unregistered at the discretion of Company.
   1. In the event of false and imcomplete form on membership registration
   2. In the event of Member interupting business of "JET SET ONLINE SHOP" on purpose
   3. In the event of Member standing custody court and receiving no yet agreements made from custody
   4. In the event of credit card submitted on his/her membership information being suspended by credit card company
   5. In the event of Member suspending the payment
   6. In the event of Member violating the membership agreement or terms of use
   7. In the event of Member having a change of his/her membership information but defaulting the procedure of the update of the appropriate information, being unable to be contacted
   8. In any other events Company judges are unsuitable as Member

Clause Ⅲ(Change of membership information)

1. Member is liable to update the membership information immediately in the way prescribed by "JET SET ONLINE SHOP" who he/she makes any changes on the information.

Clause Ⅳ(User ID and password)

1. Member shall be liable to use a password and a user ID in the event of the usage of the exclusive service provided for Member of "JET SET ONLINE SHOP ".
2. Member undertakes full responsibility for the custody of password and user ID submitted on his/her membership information.
3. A password and a user ID registered by Member are not permitted to use by a third person. Nor Member is permitted to give, rent, license his/her password and the user id to a third person.
4. In the event of a password and a user ID being lost, stolen, or used by a third person, Member is liable to contact to Company's customer service in their business hours (10:30 AM - 7:30 PM), and thereby follow Company's instruction.
5. Member undertakes full responsibility for any damage resulting from the failure of custody of his/her password and user ID, or an unauthorized usage of the password and the user ID by a third person. Company bears no responsiblity whatever for any damage from the matters mentioned above.
6. In the event of no Member being granted for Company's online services by reason of forgetting his/her password or user ID, Member contacts to customer service or Email address prescribed by Company, and follow Company's instruction.
   Furthermore, Member undertakes responsibility for the damage resulting from nonusable condition of Company's online services by reason of forgetting his/her password or user ID. Company assumes no responsibility for the any damage or loss resulting from the matter.

Clause Ⅴ(Change of membership agreement)

1. Company reserves the right to make change to the membership agreement without Members' consent. The changes shall be stated on online service contents provided by "JET SET ONLINE SHOP", and become effective when it is stated.

Clause Ⅵ(Abidance of terms and conditions of credit card, cash on delivery)

1. Member shall be liable to use predetermined payment methods, credit card, cash on delivery, or any other payment methods prescribed by Company for the settlement arising from the usage of the online services provided by "JET SET ONLINE SHOP". In respect to credit card payment, Member shall be subject to terms of use prescribed individually by card company, and be able to submit a credit card owned by Member him/herself, who purchases the item.
   In respect to cash on delivery, the service shall be available with the specified delivery companies contracted to Company. The usage of cash on delivery shall be subject to terms of use prescribed individually by a delivery company. Member shall be subject to membership agreement otherwise prescribed by Company as of the payment methods.

Clause Ⅶ (Responsibility of Company)

1. Company bears no responsibility for any of the matters of the member services being unavailable in the event of network failure and troubles on Member's computer.

Clause Ⅷ(Resignation)

1. In the event of Member resigning membership, the procedure shall be performed with the step prescribed individually by Company. Member notifies of his/her resignation by Email, or to Company's customer service. The resignation shall be accepted when Member's notification is sent and received to Email address specified by Company.

Clause Ⅸ (Publication of terms)

1. This membership agreement shall become valid at midnight (0:00) on 04/29/2008 (in Japan Time).

Clause Ⅹ (Handling of dispute, litigation, agreement jurisdictional court)

1. In the event of dispute, or litigation between Member and "JET SET ONLINE SHOP", the court exercising jurisdiction over the head store of "JET SET ONLINE SHOP" located, shall be designated as agreement jurisdictional court.
