JET SET ONLINE SHOP does receive your e-mail address to contact customers, please make sure that you enter the correct e-mail address. Your order will go to a shipping process, even if the address you entered is incorrect and you are not receiving an order confirmation e-mail. So please contact (CONTACT) if you don't receive an e-mail that is "subject; Thanks for shopping!!" within an hour of your placing an order.

When you click on "SUBMIT" button on check out page and receive an order ID issued, it means you agreed to purchase the products you ordered.(Order ID will be attached on STOCK CONFIRMATION MAIL.)

1. You click "S U B M I T" button, an order ID is issued.
   --an auto-acknowledgement mail that is "subject: Thanks for shopping!!" is automatically sent.
2. You receive an e-mail that notifies you of the acceptance of your order within 48 hours after you ordered.
   --an e-mail subject: We accepted your order".
3. You receive an e-mail that notifies you of the availability of your items or any notification mails here.
   --an e-mail "subject: Stock confirmation of your order" / "subject: to complete your order" etc.

   <to all users>

   After receiving this e-mail, you can place an additional order once within 48 hours. So when you would like us to ship the items as soon as possible, please notify us of your instruction of shipment. Otherwise without your instruction, your items are shipped out after 48 hours with the contents shown in the mail.

   <to users make a payment via PAYPAL>

   You'll receive an e-mail for your payment after the stock confirmation mail.
   --an e-mail "subject: Request for paypal payment"

   • * Please be sure to make your payment after receiving the e-mail informing you of a confirmed payment amount.
   • * If you place an additional order, please disregard the mail. Customers who place an addition will be informed of the renewed amount including additional one by e-mail.

   • Please confirm "THE ADDITION OF ORDER" about the detail of additional order.

   <to users notified of out-of-stock items in order>

   You can cancel the entire order when there is out of stock in your order. Please let us know about it within 48 hours. You cannot cancel part of your items even if there is out of stock in your order. In case you have an out-of-stock item, your shipping fee is changed mainly by the total weight of the available items. In that case, we'll remove the out-of-stock item and re-calculate your shipping fee then notify you of your new total amount and shipping fee by e-mail. Please refer to "ABOUT SHIPPING FEE" for more detail.

   <Cancellation treatment>

   To users notified of all the items in stock You cannot cancel your order when all the items in your order are in stock.
   Please refer to "THE CANCELLATION OF ORDER" about the detail of cancellation.

4. When you place an additional order, you will receive an e-mail that is "subject: Changes of your order information", that notifies you of availability of your additional order items.

   <to all users>

   Your shipping fee is decided by the total weight including the weight of your additional order. Please refer to "ABOUT SHIPPING FEE" for more detail.

   <to users make a payment via PAYPAL>

   You'll receive an e-mail for your payment after the mail about availability information & amount change.
   --an e-mail "subject: Your confirmed amount for paypal payment"

   Please make a payment as requested in the mail. Please DO NOT pay the amount of the original order.

   Cancellation & shipment treatment in additional order as follows,

   a) When there are all in stock of your original order.
   Your order will be shipped out irrespective of the availability of your additional order. You cannot cancel your order.

   b) When there is out of stock in your original order and all in stock in additional order.
   Your order will be shipped out with available items in your original order and the additional order. You cannot cancel your order.

   c) There is out of stock in your original order and the additional order.
   You can decide whether proceed or cancel your order. We will accept the cancellation of your entire (*) order when you notify us of it within 48 hours after you receive the e-mail that is "Subject: Change of your order information". However, unless otherwise notified, your items will be shipped out with available items listed in the e-mail.(*) Do not cancel part of your items please.

   In case of a) & b), your order will be shipped out without waiting another 48 hours.

5. You will receive an e-mail after we completed shipment.
   "subject: Shipping confirmation of your order"

JET SET ONLINE SHOP will accept an additional order only once within 48 hours after you received e-mail about items availability. Please understand you cannot add items more than twice, your items will be shipped out as another order in that case.

how to make an additional order??

• Please place an order in the same process as the original order system on usual order form again. Please be sure to fill your order ID (as shown in STOCK CONFIRMATION MAIL) in "IMPRESSION" space of the order form. When you do not fill your order ID in the "IMPRESSION", your additional order will be regarded as another order and shipped out without picking up your original order. Please do not omit to write down the order ID.
• You place an order for an addition on the usual order form, therefore, a new order ID will be issued then you will receive AUTO-ACKNOWLEDGE MAIL that is "subject: Thanks for shopping!!" for convenience. The new order will be picked up during we check the stock availability then added to your original order. Please be sure to write down your order ID in "IMPRESSION" space so that you can receive a proper service of addition.
• Your shipping fee should be changed in case there are available items in your additional order. You will be informed of changes of the fee by e-mail that is "subject: Changes of your order information". Please refer to "ABOUT SHIPPING FEE" for more detail.

• When all the items in additional order are in stock, your order will be shipped out irrespective of the availability of your items in original order. Cancellation not accepted. (Even when you have out-of-stock items in your original order, your order will be shipped out if all the items in additional order are in stock. Cancellation not accepted.)
• Even if you see out of stock in additional order, when all the items in stock in original order, your order will be shipped out. Cancellation not accepted.
• Only in case you have out of stock items in both orders (original order and additional order), you can cancel the entire(*) order.(*) Do not cancel part of your items please

• Unless you notify us of your additional order by e-mail within 48 hours after you receiving email that is "subject: Stock confirmation of your order", your order will be shipped out in lines with contents as listed in the e-mail.

• You will be notified of the items availability by e-mail as soon as we confirmed the stock.

When JET SET ONLINE SHOP sends an e-mail to inform you of unavailability in your order, you can cancel your entire order within 48 hours after your receive the information. Please understand it doesn't follow the same rule in case you have out-of-stock items in additional order. Cancel treatment detail (inc. a case of additional order) as follows,

a) When there are all in stock in original order

• You cannot cancel your order in principle when we complete all the items you ordered.
• When you order an addition, your order will be shipped out irrespective of the availability in your additional order. You cannot cancel your order.

b) When there are out of stock in original order

• You can cancel your entire(*) order when there are out of stock in your original order. Please notify us of your cancellation within 48 hours.(*)Do not cancel partial items please
• Unless you notifying us of any instructions after receiving STOCK CONFIRMATION MAIL within 48 hours, your order will be shipped out with regarded you approved the shipment.
• You cannot cancel part of your items in any case, even if you have out-of-stock items in your order.
• When your additional items are all in stock, your order will be shipped out even if there are out of stock in original order. You cannot cancel your order.
• When there are out of stock in additional and original order, you can cancel your entire order. Please let us know about the cancellation within 48 hours after you received an e-mail; "Changes of your order information"

Shipping fee is decided mainly by total weight of your items. It will be changed by the result of stock confirmation. In that case you will be informed of renewed shipping fee based on weight of available items. If you order an addition, your shipping fee should be changed. Please refer to "ABOUT SHIPPING FEE" for detail.

Items can only be exchanged or returned if they were damaged on delivery, or if improper items were sent. In both cases, please notify us by e-mail within one week after receiving your order. If any damage on item is not found, we may ask you for a shipping cost.

[PLEASE NOTE!!:] As to any items listed as "DEAD STOCK", we won't ask exchange but refund, for the reason that all the copies were mainly sealed and not available to check the condition of the replacing copy.

A vinyl may skip while playing depending on the set up of your turntable. Your returning item will be played on our record player first. You might be informed by us of the skip as irresistible when we think there is a possibility that the same problem will occur on the other press of the title.

We use Technics SL1200MK3D record player, and Shure M44 for cartridge with being set up according to directions of a maker. We will test your returning item with the cartridge cantilever tracking force of 1.5-2 grams. And if those problems are not worked out yet, it will be dealt with as a defective item.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including

-Any item which is returned more than 7 days after the delivery date

-Any item which is damaged on a customer's responsibility

-Any vinyl with warp that doesn't cause the skip

-Any item with slight damage on jacket

• Please note there are just 50 countries and regions where the service is available. (Contact us for more relative information)
• Sometimes you might have to wait in a while until you can confirm the whereabouts of your parcel after you receive an email; "subject: Shipping confirmation of your order".

Customer using SAL service:

It is not available of the trace system. SAL service is treated not as a parcel but as a small packet.

Please contact us if you did not receive your items or cannot find the whereabouts of your items (including after using the trace system on Japanese Post Office Website).>> contact : CONTACT

Please note your purchase of promotional copy is limited to 2 copies on each 1 title for each person. If you purchase more than 3 copies, you will be informed of the change regarding the quantity of the certain item and all the relative changes including shipping fee in your order contents. Your order will be shipped out after you notified us of your admission about the change.

Out-of-print items (the item described as "OUT-OF-PRINT" in each indivisual item caption) can be purchased up to 2 copies per person.

• Shipping fee is widely different depending on each item.
