About a Shipping

Delivery Method

We use overseas postage service to delivery your items. We've arranged two kinds of shipping method, EMS and SAL.

EMS

EMS is the international mail service that delivers a parcel to overseas faster than any other postage services. It is treated by top priority and it is also available of a follow-up survey system to find where your parcel is. Instead, it is a more expensive than SAL.

• Please note there are about 50 countries and regions where the service is available. (Contact us to find out more)
• Sometimes you might have to wait in a while until you can confirm the whereabouts of your parcel.

SAL

SAL is faster than surface mail, and inexpensive than airmail. In this system, your items are shipped out in ordinary mail treatment. Therefore, there's no follow-up survey service. SAL has to be under 2kg. Therefore SAL has a limit to carry items. Your items will be shipped with being divided into more than 2 parcels in that case.

• Our packing materials are 200g, so your items will be divided when the total weight of your items is over 1.8kg.
• Please comprehend that there are some countries where SAL is not available. We'll ship your items by AIR MAIL if your country hasn't dealt with SAL. The AIR MAIL service is less expensive than EMS, taking fewer days to deliver comparing with SAL. Please think the service between EMS and SAL. In that case, you are informed of the change regarding your shipping fee first then your items will be shipped only if you accept the changes. Otherwise, You'll be able to cancel the whole order. Please understand the case.

Payment Option

We accept credit card & PAYPAL to pay normally.

to credit card customers

JET SET ONLINE SHOP accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, NICOS, Diners Club and corporate purchasing cards. While placing your order, you'll be prompted to enter your credit card number, expiration date, and your name as it appears on the card.

to PAYPAL customer

Please make your payment after you receive an e-mail that is "subject: Request for paypal payment" or, "subject: Your confirmed amount for paypal payment"(which in case you place an additional order). "Request for paypal payment" will be sent with an e-mail; "Stock confirmation of your order". Please make your payment then. However, if you would like to place an additional order, please disregard the message. In that case, you will receive a notification of the renewed pay amount by e-mail;" Your confirmed amount for paypal payment" with an e-mail about availability of your additional order, "subject: Change of your order information". Please wait for making your payment until then. Thank you for helping us to manage paypal service.

Even if you would like to add item, your order will be settled and shipped if you make a paypal payment before the addition. Please note any ordered items after the payment won't be regarded as an addition.

Exceptional Countries and Area for payment method

We accept orders from the following countries via IPMO(International Postal Money Order) only due to high risk of fraudulent credit-card transaction.

INDONESIA, SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA, PHILIPPINE, NIGERIA, PAKISTAN, GHANA, ISRAEL

About Shipping Fee

As of a rule we calculate shipping fee, it is based on the total weight of your order, your region and the shipping way you select. The total weight is automatically laid down by our system in order to increase efficiency, which is based on calculating the average weight in each format in advance by us. Please understand it is not practical weight of your order. Also, your shipping fee includes extra fee, so it's different from a practical shipping fee. Please refer to "EXTRA FEE" for more detail.

• Packing materials (200g) needs adding to the weight of your items in order to
  calculate total weight of your order.
• SAL has a limit to carry items:
  • If weight of your items is over 1.8 kg, your items are divided into more than 2 parcels.
  • Even if you see weight of your items is under 1.8kg on Web, in case practical weight of your items is over 1.8 kg, we'll ship your items by dividing them into 2 parcels. In that case, we don't request an additional shipping fee to you. Your shipping fee follows the weight system prescribed at our shop, not by practical weight.

Extra Fee

Shipping fee includes extra fee. JET SET ONLINE SHOP has 2 kinds of extra fees.

PACKING FEE 200 yen

We would like to ask all customers to pay 200 yen per order as a packing fee.

ADDITIONAL ORDER FEE 200 yen

We would like to ask you to pay 200 yen if you have an additional order. It applies only to the customers who have an additional order. In case we have no stock of your additions, you don't have to pay this fee.

The Average Weight List in Each Format for Our Calucukation System

As a rule we calculate shipping fee, it is based on the total weight of your order, your region and the shipping way you select. The total weight is automatically laid down by our rules in order to increase efficiency, calculating the average weight in each format in advance at JET SET ONLINE SHOP. About Customs Duty

Customs duty charges are not included in any costs from JET SET ONLINE SHOP. Please note that you may be asked to pay tax at your custom office when you receive products from outside of your country. The percentage of the customs duty varies with country. You need to check your local office to find the exact amount of duty payable in your country.

About Insurance

You cannot receive an insurance of any troubles during shipment. Moreover, we do not take the responsibility for any troubles in delivery. Please understand it.

About the Appointed Date of Delivery

Delivery date is different depending on where you live. If you select EMS, it will take about 1 week and more to deliver items. And if you select SAL, it will take about 3 weeks and more to deliver items (*). Please understand you cannot specify a receiving date and time.

About shipping possible time

Shipping within 24/48 hours

Our Online Shop or Kyoto/Onde store has the item and it can be shipped out just after stocktaking.

In case of late stocktaking caused by rush of orders, etc.., shipping could delay about 24 hours than displayed time.

Shipping within 3-4 days

It usually takes 3-4 days from making order to ship out because the item is on the way of deliver to Jet Set Online Shop.

In case of accident or delay in transit, shipping could delay about a day or a few days from "3-4 days".

We accept orders by turns. According to stock amount, there is possibility of out of stock when stock updated in spite of displayed "Shipping within 24/48 hours"or "Shipping within 3-4 days".
