JET SET ONLINE SHOP TERMS OF USE

CLAUSE I (Coverage)

1. "JET SET ONLINE SHOP" refers to the online service contents provided, and controlled under Futurama Co., Ltd.. Some of the online services may require membership registration. Any of the online services linked to other service providers hereby beyond our assistance shall act up to terms and conditions of each site.
2. "Registered Member" refers to the customers who agree with the terms of use prescribed by "JET SET ONLINE SHOP", and sign up as a membership.
3. "Non Registered Member" refers to all the customers but registered member, who use the online service contents provided by "JET SET ONLINE SHOP".
   (Hereafter "Member" shall indicate both "Registered Member" and "Non Registered Member".)

CLAUSE II (Change of terms & Limitation of application)

1. Member shall agree to the terms of use with respect to the usage of "JET SET ONLINE SHOP".
2. JET SET ONLINE SHOP reserves the right to make change to the online service contents, or the terms of use without Members' consent. Any matters of the changes shall become effective when it is published for Member to read on the online service contents provided by "JET SET ONLINE SHOP".

Clause III (Exceptions)

1. Our company bears no responsibility for any agreements and executions of the agreements other than the sales of the materials carried under the management provided by "JET SET ONLINE SHOP".
2. Our company bears no responsibility for any troubles arising in the events of review or usage of the information of the online contents provided by other online sites posted on "JET SET ONLINE SHOP".

Clause Ⅳ (Responsibilities of Member)

1. Member shall be fully liable for compliance with the terms of use hereby, as well as rules and regulations that are regarded as being liable with the respect to the government of the online services provided by "JET SET ONLINE SHOP". In the event of Member contravening the present terms of use or any rules and regulations prescribed separately by our company, or where the company judges Member to have acted in a manner it deems unacceptable, demand of the compensation for any loss or damage sustained by the company or by any service providers can be made on Member who made the remark.
2. Our company bears no responsibility for dispute or any related matters arising between Member and a third person.

Clause V (Acceptance/Shipment of order)

1. In the event of the order made and received from Registered Member to JET SET ONLINE SHOP, a response notifying the acceptance of the order is made to the Registered Member by Email, or phone.
2. In the event of the act of shipment from "JET SET ONLINE SHOP" to Registered Member, a contact notifying the shipment is made to a Registered Member by Email, or phone. Any of the services provided by any service providers, or any of the applications, inquiries to any service providers other than "JET SET ONLINE SHOP" shall be governed under terms of use prescribed by each service provider.

Clause Ⅵ (Approval of contract)

1. As being stated in clause V, the sale between Member and our company shall reach an agreement at the time of the response made from the company by Email or phone notifying the receipt of the order. Any of the services provided by any service providers other than "JET SET ONLINE SHOP" shall be governed under terms of use prescribed by each service provider.

Clause Ⅶ (Change, interruption, and cease of "JET SET ONLINE SHOP" and other service providers)

1. "JET SET ONLINE SHOP" and any service providers appeared on the homepage provided by our company reserve the right to change, interrupt, cease all the services on the homepage without Member's prior permission.
2. "JET SET ONLINE SHOP" and any service providers appeared on the online service contents provided by our company bear no responsibility for any of the detriment, damage sustained by Member or a third person, in performance of the change, interruption, cease.

Clause Ⅷ (Usage fee of "JET SET ONLINE SHOP" and other service providers)

1. In the event of the usage fee generated for "JET SET ONLINE SHOP" or other service providers, Member shall be liable to pay in accordance to the terms of use prescribed by each service provider. The same is equally true if any changes on usage fee.
2. In regards to the payment of usage fee, Member shall be subject to terms of use prescribed by the credit card company, or credit collection services applied for the payment.
3. In the event of dispute or any other similar events between Member and a company involved in the payment, parties concerned shall negotiate on the matter. "JET SET ONLINE SHOP" and other uninvoled service providers bear no responsibility whatsoever for the matter.

Clause Ⅸ (Acceptance of questionnaire)

1. In respect to questionnaire to the materials carried on "JET SET ONLINE SHOP", please contact to "JET SET ONLINE SHOP" support team. In respect to any of the services provided by service providers, please contact to service providers.

Clause Ⅹ (Proper law)

1. All the agreements regarding Member's application of the service shall apply to the laws of Japan, all the terms and conditions prescribed by our company, and the terms of service providers.

Clause XI (Agreement jurisdictional court)

1. In the event of dispute between Member and "JET SET ONLINE SHOP", the resolution for the matter through dialogue shall be constituted between the parties. If no dispute is resolved, the court exercising jurisdiction over the head store of "JET SET ONLINE SHOP" located, shall be designated as agreement jurisdictional court.
