僕が一番最初にSOFTを紹介されたのが、僕が世界で一番好きなオーガナイザー、札幌プレシャス・ホールの小川サトルさんからなんだ。彼主催による夏恒例の野外イベント『BIG FUN』に招待された時のこと。ひとたびSOFTのライブを聴くと、そのサウンドに瞬く間に魅了された。そこには幾つかの理由があるが、まず彼らのルーツ・ミュージックとサイケデリック・ミュージックの融合、そしてコズミック・ミュージックが全てを包み込んでいる。そして彼らの謙虚なエネルギー、僕にとってはこれはアーティストにとって音楽やアートをクリエイトする際に最も重要なものだと思う。
I was introduced to Soft By one of my favorite party promoters in the world his name is from Precious Hall in Sapporo Japan. At this time I was invited to play music at one of his annual summer stage events called Big Fun. And once I heard Soft I was imediatlely impressed with the Band them for many reasons. I really liked their sound, which I heard I as a combination of Roots/ Psychedelic Music, but besides the Cosmic Music, I was even more impressed with their humble energy which to me is number one when a artist or band are creating Music and Art.
つい最近、僕はNYのDOPE JAMS(JOがオーナーを務めるレコードショップ)にてSOFTのプレイベントをホストする機会に恵まれた。そしてそのパフォーマンスはそこにいた全ての人々を魅了し、僕が初めてSOFTを聴いた時と全く同じ印象を得た、そして僕はそれが大好きなのさ。
Not long ago we had the pleasure of hosting one of Soft’s pr-events at Dope Jams NY where their performance impressed everyone in the place, and it is no different of my impression with this new song that I was asked to listen to, and which I really like.
そしてSOFTを聴く全員が知るべきことは、彼らはKuniyukiやJuzu a.k.a. MoochyとNXSなど多くの才能あるアーティスト達ファミリーの一員なんだ。
これはSOFTが良い音楽を創り続けるもうひとつの理由でもあるんだ。
It is important that all who have either heard of Soft or listened to their music to know that they are connected to a Family of other like minded incredible Artist like Kuniyuki, Juzu A.K.A Dj Moochy and NXS which is another reason why Soft will continue to create good music for a Life Time.
